I personally see no reason for the Craft ability to be so diversified.
There are not separate abilities for mathematics & history, even though the two are completely unrelated (unless you're Harry Seldon and you're inventing Psychohistory). There's just Lore.
There are not separate abilities for dancing & playing the banjo - even though the two are completely unrelated. There's just Performance.
For me, there is just Craft. Possibly with Specialties.
BTW, you missed one Craft ability. Ahn-Aru in the Core Book has Craft (Scrimshaw) IIRC.
