I agree with mouse. Perhaps if you have Craft:Armor you know enough about metal to shape it into plates and enough about cloth to weave the strong, but flexible fibers to line it as well. That doesn't mean you could shape metal into a useable weapon (or maybe you could at a raised difficulty try) or even may a simple plowshare. If you know Craft:Weaponry then maybe you know how to turn metal into a honed blade, or wood into a strong bow, but that doesn't mean you know how to carve an intricit mask or craft plates for armor (as armor plates aren't just slabs of metal but well designed shapes). It's fair to choose a generality (craft armor or weaponry) but then you loose the benefit of the focus (craft metalwork or woodwork) obviously gives you. I would personally rather throw out nine points into Craft metalwork, woodwork, and leatherwork then loose the benefit of anyone of these.
